This is my first Hyakuda brand.
The aroma is gorgeous, probably because it is a daiginjo.
The aroma is more of the good smell of rice, rather than the green apple aroma of special junmai.
The first thing that hits the palate is the umami of the rice. Soon after, there is a touch of sweetness.
The taste is smooth and smooth, with a crisp finish.
Tonight is summer, and it was a delicious cup to be served with hamo. ☺️
