さとけい
Since it is not easy to buy tasake, I went to my favorite local liquor store for junmai sake, a sake with the flavor of rice.
It has an aroma of rice that is typical of daiginjo.
It also has a green apple-like aroma, which is probably typical of tasyu.
In the mouth, you can taste sweetness and moderate acidity.
It has a good balance!
Tonight is cool, so I'm pairing it with nabe (hot pot) and some nukazuke pickles I bought at a long-established grocery store 🎵.
I'm pairing it with nukazuke (pickles) 🎵.
I think the sweetness of the sake is a very good pairing with the acidity of the sake.
