The sweetness of the rice is the first sensation.
This is the first time I have seen a sake made from rice called "Kitashizuku.
The taste is smooth and elegant.
It is not dry, but has a pleasant umami taste on the palate.
It is not too acidic, so it would be good with vinegared food.
I feel like it's the end of the year and the beginning of the new year when I encounter sake that I don't buy everyday☺️.
