A raw version of the red seal One to look forward to in early spring. The moment you put it in your mouth, a fresh and fruity aroma spreads. Although the alcohol taste is noticeable, the aftertaste is so refreshing that you can drink it as much as you like and it will be gone in an instant. As described by the brewery, it is just like a ginjo-shu! It has a strong umami flavor with a sharp sharpness. There is no sensation of alcohol lingering in the throat, and the sake goes down smoothly. I like it very much! @Secchuan
