A raw version of the red seal
One to look forward to in early spring.
The moment you put it in your mouth, a fresh and fruity aroma spreads.
Although the alcohol taste is noticeable, the aftertaste is so refreshing that you can drink it as much as you like and it will be gone in an instant.
It is said to be similar to Jyushidai Honmaru as well as Shuban, so I would like to compare them someday.

deliciously spicy
You can feel the umami of rice so much that it is hard to believe that it has a sake strength of +19
Kirei (sharpness) may not be so good
a gift
As described by the brewery, it is just like a ginjo-shu!
It has a strong umami flavor with a sharp sharpness.
There is no sensation of alcohol lingering in the throat, and the sake goes down smoothly.
I like it very much!

Fruity and dry
It has the umami that is typical of nama-shu, but with the sharpness that is typical of ultra-harsh sake.
My favorite type of sake!
