I received this from a person in Saga. As the label says "Junmai-shu recommended for summer, when you want to drink it cold and crispy", it is the perfect sake for this season. The feeling in the mouth is indescribable, and it's been a long time since I've been so impressed. Please try it and see for yourself.

When I traveled to Kanazawa, I bought it after tasting it at a booth in the station building. It went very well with various dishes. It's a historic brewery with a pretty good website.

日本橋の八海山のお店で飲みました。 同社の社長が日本酒の香りを逃がさないで 飲めるよう様にと、特別に製造をしてもらった こだわりのグラスと一緒に飲みました。 一口飲む度にグラスの中に充満した素晴らしい 香りがさらに八海山を引き立ててくれました。
