The aroma is slightly gorgeous, and in the mouth it has a sweetness, but also acidity, bitterness, and alcohol. There is a lingering aftertaste after swallowing, but it is not unpleasant, and I think it is a good sake.
Personally, I thought it would be easier to imagine it if it were called "the sake" with a refined taste and accented with omachi.
