A bottle I was able to buy at UTAGE. I opened the bottle with Mr. Koke, who understands the value of this wine. It has a strong fizziness and acidity that is typical of Niimasa. Everyone raved about how easy it was to drink!

I missed out on buying fresh, so I secured a fire-retardant. Mainly sweet and moderately aromatic. Slightly acidic and alcoholic aftertaste. I honestly had high expectations for this sake because it's called Sake Mirai, so I guess it's not as good as I thought it would be 💦.

Father's Day gift for my father-in-law I sent my wife's favorite red armoire. The aroma is the usual Akabu. The taste is generally subdued, mature, or thin. The alcohol aftertaste is a little strong, perhaps due to the alkaloids.

Red and White Drinking Comparison Both red and white wines have a moderate aroma. The red wine is more voluminous and juicy due to the oily taste. There is also a sense of gas. Personally, I prefer the red one. 2nd day Still gassy, but the juiciness seems to have dropped off a lot.
