It is a robust sake that is unmistakably Japanese. At best, it is rich and full of rice flavor. At worst, it has a unique harshness or boldness to it. For better or worse, it is a sake for sake lovers, and does not have the flamboyance of a ginjo sake. Personally, I think it is perfectly fine, and goes well with sweet and spicy Japanese food. On the other hand, the bad points seem to stand out with light foods.

I happened to find it on Google Maps and visited the brewery. I was attracted by the impact of the price, 21% alcohol by volume at a reasonable price! I was attracted by its impact and bought it. It was written to be served cold, so I had it at room temperature, but it tasted amazingly delicious. It is rich even though it contains brewer's alcohol. The fact that it was so crisp and clean was probably due to the skill of the master brewer. It has a strong umami taste and a sweet taste, so it is good to drink it like a potato shochu. It is said to be a very rare sake, but since it is close enough to the brewery, I would definitely like to visit again.

Slightly crisp and dry. It is refreshing, but at the same time, it is not overpowering when combined with strong flavors. I paired it with shabu-shabu and two days later with chicken stewed in sweet and spicy sauce, and it was delicious. It is better to enjoy it as an aperitif than as an aperitif.

A gift from my in-laws. It is sweet and rich, yet it is crisp and does not leave a lingering taste in the mouth, which is admirable. It is not spectacular, but it has a nice sharpness, so it goes well with Japanese food in winter, which has a strong flavor. We enjoyed it very much.

This is a Kani City sake made with Kani City rice. It has a unique flavor, perhaps from the rice. It's a bit rough and heavy, which is what you'd expect from a junmai-shu made with 65% polished rice. The best food to pair it with would inevitably be fermented foods with strong flavors.

I bought this without knowing much about it, but it seems to be an aged sake. It seems to contain black rice, and looks like grape juice. And I see, the taste is also very difficult. It has a dry taste, but it doesn't feel that dry. This may be a match with the food. The price is reasonable, so you can drink it easily. However, if you don't care about it, it may not be much different from silver pack.

This is a robust sake with a typical sake flavor. It doesn't have the fruity flavor that is so popular these days. It is not a ginjo sake, but has a unique aroma that gives it a good sense of sake. However, perhaps it is because I have been drinking too many delicate sakes lately, I feel that it is a little rough. With white fish, the peculiarity is a little distracting. It was very good with miso stew and takimizushi. I'd like to try it warmed up if possible.

This is a very special Tobiroki as a slaughterhouse sake for 2021. It is quintessential deliciousness. Even if there is a little placebo, the gorgeousness, refinement, refreshing feeling, and drinkability of Daiginjo are all first class. It is gorgeous but not too sweet and refreshing, so I think it goes very well with Osechi dishes. For general dishes, it is also good for white fish sashimi, oden, dried fish and grilled fish. I will drink it carefully for a while.

It is a gift from my parents. At room temperature. The peculiar character of Junmai-shu is well put together in a comfortable taste. I think this is my first time to taste Hitogokoro, but it has a very interesting aroma. It is not so much the glamorous aroma as it is the aroma of the rice. I think this is a good choice for a mid-meal saké. Dishes are Japanese food with a strong flavor. Boiled fish would be good.

Suzukagawa is my favorite brand. This junmai ginjo is very flavorful and you can fully enjoy the good flavor of sake. It has the sophistication of a ginjo sake, but also has the richness of a junmai sake. I drink it cold, but room temperature is exceptional too. As for the food to go with it, the boiled and rolled taro was excellent. I'm sure it could go well with anything from fatty sashimi to steak with Japanese sauce. It was really delicious.

さっぱりした味わい。 香りは強くなくて、日本酒らしい。 ただお米の香りは強くないので、食中酒としてスッキリ飲むのに良さそう。 白身魚のお刺身を合わせたら少し華やかさが足りないかも。 赤身のお刺身か、関西風のおでん辺りが良いかも。

頂き物をやっと開封。 とても上品な味わい。 パンチこそ控えめだが、日本酒の風味は豊かで且つ純米にありがちな雑味も無し。 すっきり爽やかでキレも良いが、舌触りは少しとろみあり。 なのでお刺身などが合いそう。それも鯛などの白身魚が良さそうか。

とても良い意味ですごく中庸。 飲みやすいがお米の香りもしっかりして、かつ日本酒くささもなし。 大吟醸のようにすっきり甘すぎる事もなく、優等生と言える。 魚料理全般に行けそう!
