Suzukagawa is my favorite brand.
This junmai ginjo is very flavorful and you can fully enjoy the good flavor of sake.
It has the sophistication of a ginjo sake, but also has the richness of a junmai sake.
I drink it cold, but room temperature is exceptional too.
As for the food to go with it, the boiled and rolled taro was excellent.
I'm sure it could go well with anything from fatty sashimi to steak with Japanese sauce.
It was really delicious.
