This is a very special Tobiroki as a slaughterhouse sake for 2021.
It is quintessential deliciousness.
Even if there is a little placebo, the gorgeousness, refinement, refreshing feeling, and drinkability of Daiginjo are all first class.
It is gorgeous but not too sweet and refreshing, so I think it goes very well with Osechi dishes.
For general dishes, it is also good for white fish sashimi, oden, dried fish and grilled fish.
I will drink it carefully for a while.
