This is a Kani City sake made with Kani City rice.
It has a unique flavor, perhaps from the rice.
It's a bit rough and heavy, which is what you'd expect from a junmai-shu made with 65% polished rice.
The best food to pair it with would inevitably be fermented foods with strong flavors.
