I happened to find it on Google Maps and visited the brewery.
I was attracted by the impact of the price, 21% alcohol by volume at a reasonable price! I was attracted by its impact and bought it.
It was written to be served cold, so I had it at room temperature, but it tasted amazingly delicious.
It is rich even though it contains brewer's alcohol. The fact that it was so crisp and clean was probably due to the skill of the master brewer.
It has a strong umami taste and a sweet taste, so it is good to drink it like a potato shochu.
It is said to be a very rare sake, but since it is close enough to the brewery, I would definitely like to visit again.
