Slightly crisp and dry.
It is refreshing, but at the same time, it is not overpowering when combined with strong flavors.
I paired it with shabu-shabu and two days later with chicken stewed in sweet and spicy sauce, and it was delicious.
It is better to enjoy it as an aperitif than as an aperitif.
