I think this is my first time to taste Hitogokoro, but it has a very interesting aroma.
It is not so much the glamorous aroma as it is the aroma of the rice.
I think this is a good choice for a mid-meal saké. Dishes are Japanese food with a strong flavor. Boiled fish would be good.
