This is a robust sake with a typical sake flavor.
It doesn't have the fruity flavor that is so popular these days.
It is not a ginjo sake, but has a unique aroma that gives it a good sense of sake.
However, perhaps it is because I have been drinking too many delicate sakes lately, I feel that it is a little rough.
With white fish, the peculiarity is a little distracting.
It was very good with miso stew and takimizushi.
I'd like to try it warmed up if possible.
