I've got a second fermentation of the crown in the bottle. I left it at -5 degrees. I floated the crown a few times with a corkscrew. It's totally fine as long as you release the pressure 👍. The oriole dances in the glass and it's cool ✨. Reminds me of the Abe I drank before. Gentle aroma with a hint of sweetness With a strong carbonation punch The sweetness is refreshing and goes down your throat... I love it!

For hot Obon gatherings. Chose NaturX 👍. I kept it well chilled. I opened the bottle in a few times. Strong carbonation. The sweetness and bitterness goes away quickly. Leave it in the glass for a while. It tastes different when it is left at room temperature and let it relax. It seemed to have more sweetness. ☺️
