I was looking for a variety of kijoshu.
The owner recommended Kaze no Mori.
I had never thought of heating sake.
Drinking it cold, it has the sweetness and flavor of kijoshu.
The aroma of old sake escapes slightly.
When warmed to human body temperature
The sake flavor is more pronounced and the acidity is a little more pronounced.
My first impression is that I prefer it cold.
But I will try it again at a higher temperature later.
