An aspiring unit formed by four breweries in Yamagata Prefecture One letter from each brand, Yamagata Masamune TATENOGAWA Toko Otokoyama ...I didn't know that...interesting. The impression I had was Pocari Sweat. It was crisp, sweet and sour. It was easy to drink.

gift received at a meeting Some of the people I drank it with said it was sweet. but for me it tasted clean and crisp. Even though it was fire-aged, it still had a slight effervescence on the palate. After a few glasses, the bubbles disappeared in the second half. It was even more refreshing! The rice used for this sake is called Gen-no-Tomo. The first letter of "G" stands for "Gen-no-Tomochi". I'm curious about the other ones too!

I was so busy I forgot a year had passed💦. The beginning of the Sake swamp "AKABU Kohaku"! It's an autumn sake, so open the bottle before December 🎉. This year's Kohaku is a bit more acidic than last year's. Last year, I felt a direct sweetness. It's not the same as I remember. After drinking over 110 bottles of sake in the past year my taste buds may have changed. I would like to try more brands in the next year. I would like to try many different brands.
