The day before yesterday, I opened a bottle of sake I bought in Matsumoto (≧▽≦). It's a refreshing and gorgeous sake from Taishinshu, and it's also very stable and super tasty. I can't get enough of it!
I served it with sashimi of swordfish and herring, and lettuce salad with choreggi dressing!

Rice used: 100% Hitogochiki contract-grown rice from Yaehara, Shinshu
Polishing ratio: 49% (in-house rice polishing)
Alcohol content: 16%.
