I bought it in 2020, so it has actually been aged for 6 years (lol).
It still had a corner, and it seemed to have the underlying power to become better if it were aged longer. It tasted a little like whiskey.
I had it with sake, but unfortunately it didn't go well with it, so I made the wrong choice... I had it with something sweet to finish the meal, and it went well with it.
All's well that ends well.
When I took a sip, I only felt a little bit of sake, but as I was about to pass it down the back of my throat, I said, "I am the sake!" and it passed by. I was surprised by its overwhelming presence. Of course it was delicious.
This one is also easy to drink🍶.
It is just as easy to drink as Harada Seiryu, but there is something different and interesting about it. What is it? With 3 years of Sake ✨.
Is it unusual that the kake rice and koji rice are different? It is easy to drink and tasty. Easy to drink and delicious. with 3 years at a sake party✨.
It goes in easily and is very, very easy to drink🍶.
It comes in a 300ml bottle, but it is so easy to drink that you could easily drink a whole bottle.
Only available at Unzen Miyazaki Ryokan ✨.
It seems to have been bought directly from the brewery and was served to us.
It has a watery mouthfeel at first, but comes on strong later. One of the very best sake.
I don't remember a distinct taste when I got to this point, but it was a great match with the meal without any lingering aftertaste! It was a perfect match with the meal without any lingering aftertaste!
This sake is made at the only brewery in Kagoshima.
It was said to be difficult to make in a warm place, but it was very drinkable with a strong aftertaste.
It was delicious.
