This is a bottle I received through crowdfunding from the Naeba Brewery. I drank it last Christmas, but forgot to post it. I liked it from the time of brewing forest, but it was delicious after a long time.
I had a bottle of Hakkaisan that was given to me by someone at my parents' house and served with New Year's Eve dishes. I used to not like dry sake, but I can drink it now.
The glass is a Naebayama glass that I received from the Naeba Sake Brewery's Kurafan.
I bought a 720ml bottle of Hana Orau Omachi, the best one from last year. It is fire-aged, but it is gorgeous and delicious. I am looking forward to seeing how it will turn out after a few days.
Purchased at the brewery. It was so gorgeous that I couldn't believe it was fire-aged. It was the first time I drank Shinshu Kamerei since Craft Sake Week.
This is Hanamup's first purchase of a bottle. The clarity is amazing. I personally prefer the Omachi I drank last year, but the Sake Mirai is also delicious. I am looking forward to the changing taste.
This is the bottle that inspired me to drink sake. When I drink it now, the image is totally different. It is hard to match it with food, but it is very satisfying.
At my parents' house on my way home. I bought this tin at Suzuden. I bought it because I didn't expect to find it in my hometown, but it was great as a food sake.
The ultimate food wine. I finally bought it because I found it at a liquor store on my way home.
It was a brand that I would have found difficult to drink before, but now I found it very good.
