Cold Ryoseki sake with Tenichi label that I drank at Tenichi.
It was recommended to me as a sake that goes well with tempura, and I really enjoyed it!
It was really tasty! It was like the oiliness of the tempura was washed away.
I want to drink this sake again when I go to Tenichi!
When I drank it cold, the flavor and aroma were not so good, but when I warmed it up, the flavor was revitalized and it was delicious.
I think it is best to drink it lukewarm.
It is really good with pickled wasabi.
Pink colored cloudy sake
Sweet and slightly fizzy taste characteristic of muddy sake
Delicious with a hint of sourness.
It is not a good match for food, so it is an aperitif or an after-dinner drink.
Junmai Daitakaguchi
Clean, sharp and dry
Strong taste due to the fact that it is a very dry wine.
Food will be overpowered unless it is seasoned with strong ingredients and seasonings.
