This figure is apparently made from a blend of Yumesasara, Comet, Hitokochi, Gohyakumangoku, Aizan, Kitashizuku, Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Ginpu! It's an all-star already! It's juicy and sweet, just like biting into a fruit 🍎. I thought this was cunning 😎.

It has been a long time since I have tasted Sairai! The balance of aroma, sweetness and acidity is great. It has a great balance of aroma, sweetness, and acidity, with a lingering finish that brings it all together nicely.

The sake rice used for this sake, Sake Mirai, is a rare variety developed over a period of 18 years by the Takagi Sake Brewery, the brewer of Jyushiyo in Yamagata Prefecture. It is a very special sake rice that can only be used by sake breweries approved by Takagi Shuzo. The elegant fruity aroma that comes from the glass. The taste and aroma are just as juicy as the image in the mouth. It is a very delicious sake with a gentle and beautiful aftertaste.
