I'd say it's dry and delicious! Not exactly a do-strike favorite, but delicious. Is it an alcoholic drink? We stumbled upon the brewery on our drive and stopped by the brewery and it was a very nice, quiet, cool place in nature with a very nice atmosphere.

旨口端麗っていう、一見正反対の性質が共存してる感じ！最初はふわっと米の旨味が来て、すぐに消えて後味スッキリ！甘すぎず辛すぎず。おいしい。

とてものみやすい！そんなにお米は削ってないし値段もお手頃なのに、嫌な後味がほとんどない。日本酒度は確か+7だけど、甘ったるい感じもなく、濃い。冷でも燗でもいけそう。
