⭐⭐⭐⭐ While my husband went to buy some shochu, I asked him to buy me some sake recommendations! The clerk's recommendation was this "Wakamusume"! Shintani Shuzo is a brewery run by a couple! When you put it in your mouth, the aroma reminds you of pears! However, it is not sweet, but has a sharp and umami taste. It finishes with bitterness and sourness. No wonder everyone recommends it at Sake-no-wa 😊. There seem to be other brands such as Botan, Tsukigusa, Usukazakura, Moeki, etc. I want to conquer all the brands 😊💕💕. I wanted to try Sanyotsuru's sake once😊. They use yeast extracted from cherry blossom petals🌸(no cherry blossom feeling at all). First, you can feel the sweetness of the koji and at the same time the sourness on the tip of your tongue 👅. The mouth feel is silky and light. Bitter and pungent taste remains for a while at the back of the mouth. The recommended temperature was written as cold sake, but it was like water when cold, so I prefer to drink it at room temperature💕. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ When cold, it has a watery mouthfeel ❄️. After a little while, it has a freshness like green apple and pear 🍏🍏. As the temperature rises, the taste changes to a rich, peachy fruitiness 🍑. Excursion to Onomichi, Hiroshima I wanted to visit Mukai Sake Brewery once. It is a long-established liquor store founded in 1909! A retro building built in the Taisho era (1912-1926) It is registered as a tangible cultural property. Various brands of Hiroshima's local sake were available. The "Onomichi Suido" sold by Mukai Sake Shop is made from Fukuyama's "Tenhoichi". Light yellowish color Sweet rice flavor Dry and refreshing, but tingling on the tongue! The bottle was empty before we knew it! I bought this at the end of last month when I went to Yokota, Okuizumo town to eat new soba noodles. The brewery is a roadside station and you can even taste the sake 😊💕. Sake made with flower yeast from Tokyo University of Agriculture🌼 The color is light yellowish. It has a gorgeous aroma and a sweet taste of rice. We enjoyed it deliciously. There were other junmai ginjo made with banana yeast and sunflower yeast from Tokyo University of Agriculture, but I couldn't take them home because they needed to be refrigerated. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was in Matsue for a business trip, so I had this local sake from Matsue. When I drank it straight at the hotel, I could not finish it because of its sweet ginjo aroma. When I went home and drank it on the rocks, it had a gorgeous aroma and was completely smooth and pleasant to drink. I drank too much of it by accident and I feel great 💕💕. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This sake is made by Kitamura Brewery Ltd. located in Tojo Town, Shobara City, Hiroshima Prefecture. The family of three is brewing sake together. This is a souvenir from the husband. Anyway, it has a nice smell💕 Green apple 🍏. It has a very delicious flavor with a crisp mouthfeel. And you can feel the green apple aroma Delicious 💕

This is my first time to try Imada Sake Brewery's sake 🙏. The other day at an izakaya, "Okunomatsu" was out of stock, and this brand was recommended to me because it has a similar taste. The COmachi that was recommended to me was surprisingly from a local sake brewery, which got me excited😆. It was delicious and easy to drink, so I went to the brewery later and bought it 😊. When I drank it at home, it was different from what I drank at the store and not similar to the Okunomatsu I drank yesterday😅. The more you drink it, the better it tastes 🎵. It's a sake that makes me want to drink it again💕. This hiyaoroshi is from Mukohara Sake Brewery, which has only one brewery in Akitakada City, northern Hiroshima Prefecture. Recommended by local supermarkets. The first day after opening the bottle, it was very spicy and alcoholic, but from the third day it mellows out and becomes sweeter and tastier 😊. You can enjoy the change in flavor as time goes by. This is a souvenir from my husband's touring trip to Yasugi City. I heard that this brand has sweet and dry taste, but I asked for the sweet one. It has a gentle sweetness of rice, but it is not sweet at all. It has a sharp and strong acidity and a soft aftertaste 😉👍️. It goes great with Shimizu Yokan, Yasugi City's famous sweets ❤️💕. The rice used to make it is modified Omachi, which has been improved to suit Shimane's climate 😃.
