⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a bad one💕 It's so smooth 😍 This is the Goddess of Poetry series, jointly developed by Sumikawa Sake Brewery Co. and regional trading company Yamaguchi. Summer Poem" was also delicious so I have high expectations ❤️ Sweet and gorgeous aroma Slightly shrizzy Fresh, light and refreshing I didn't notice it at first, because I could drink it in rapid succession, but when I tasted it carefully at the back of my tongue, I felt the bitterness and pungency entwining with the back of my tongue. As the day goes by, the sweetness gradually becomes sticky, so it tastes best on the day the bottle is opened 💖. Ingredients rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Ingredient rice: 100% Yamadanishiki (Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture) Alcohol content 15 Rice polishing ratio 45 1,820 yen/720ml at Hagi Shimato Roadside Station

Purchased at Takamatsu station where I stopped for a change of train when I insisted on going to Tokushima. First Kagawa sake 🎶🍶🎶🍶. Sweet ginjo aroma On the palate, sweetness and bitterness at the same time. The bitterness lingers in the mouth for a rather long time Sweetness, bitterness and a little sourness are independent of each other. Kinryo has been called "Sanuki no Kompira-shu" since the Edo period (1603-1868), and is said to be the sacred sake of Konpira-gu Shrine. At kiosk Takamatsu Meihin Kan, 1,600 yen/720ml

⭐⭐⭐ According to the store owner, it's "super spicy" and they use hard water, which is rare in Hiroshima Prefecture! Not much of an aroma when poured into the glass, but just before swallowing, you can smell the scent of pears 🍐. The crisp and robust flavor of the rice is probably the reason why I hardly notice any bitterness 😊. Not so spicy! Seems to go with everything Never get tired of the taste Thanks for the encounter💕 Ingredients Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content: 15% or more but less than 16 Sake degree +6.0 1,710 yen/720ml at YOU Saron Tojo

⭐⭐⭐⭐ This sake is from Kitamura Brewery Ltd. located in Tojo-machi, Shobara City, Hiroshima Prefecture. I drank it for the first time last year and really enjoyed it, so I requested it as a touring souvenir for my husband. According to the staff at the roadside station, the Kikubunmei hiyaoroshi that comes out every fall is given a different name each time! This year, it is "Autumn Ichiban. Anyway, the smell is good💕 Pears, pears, pears🍐. Not too sweet and sharp! We had our first oyster in a clay pot and it had a nice bitter taste when combined with chrysanthemum civilization 😊. Delicious 😋. Ingredients rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16 At YOU Saren Tojo 1,650 yen/720ml

⭐⭐⭐⭐. My husband said he was going to Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, so I asked him to get me some Toyo Bijin 😊. The Jundo Isshu series has many varieties depending on the rice used, and the brother at the liquor store recommended "Aizan" as a definite choice for your first Toyo Bijin 🎵. On the first day of opening the bottle, the aroma was fresh, like green apples 🍏. Sweet, easy to drink, delicious, almost no bitterness. Moderate acidity, sweetness does not linger. On the second day, the smell changed, the sweetness became more intense, maybe peach 🍑? Very cosy 😆💕. Ingredients rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Ingredient rice: 80% Aiyama Polishing ratio: 40% for koji rice, 50% for kake rice Alcohol content 16 1,650 yen/720ml at Toyota Shuhan Co.

I had to put off cocoro beauty for a while because my stomach suddenly started to heal right after I bought it💗. Finally I was able to drink it😄 It's not gorgeous, but there's a hint of ginkoku that rises up after passing down the throat. I can feel the acidity quite well. The label said it had a hint of kiwi fruit🥝, but I'm not a tastemaker 😭💦. Dry 😝. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ UGO Series So far we have received (1) KELLISTI, (2) NIMBUS, (3) IRIS, and HESPERIA is the fourth one after these 💕. Sweet and rich fruity aroma! The gas is very pleasant in the mouth 😊. Refreshingly tart, with a good balance of sour and sweet: ❤️ When near room temperature, the sweet fruity aroma becomes stronger 🍑🍍🍈. But my sober daughter says it smells strongly of alcohol... If you face it carefully, it may indeed be so ...... But my conclusion is that it's delicious 😋💕! I had a very bad day, but I'm in such a good mood that I can forget all about it 😄. I haven't had a chance to try AURORA yet, the only one in the series. When the husband went to buy shochu, he found a lineup of hiyaoroshi from all over Japan. He chose Haneya and Hakurakusei from among them 😊. We started with Haneya first 😋. When I first sipped it, I thought the aroma was not that spectacular, but the ginjo aroma spread quickly in my mouth. Then I also felt the acidity and the umami of the rice. The pungent taste lingers for a rather long time. Rice used: Gohyakumangoku produced in Toyama Prefecture Rice ratio 60 Yeast used: Kanazawa yeast Alcohol content 15%. ⭐⭐⭐⭐. It's still hot, but I found it at the store and bought it immediately 😆. I wanted to get a head start on fall 🍂. It's a long seller for over 30 years by Imada Sake Brewery. One sip and you can tell this is a soft water. It's dry, but it's also gorgeous, fragrant, refreshing and easy to drink💕💕. This is my first time drinking this and it's delicious👍. I'm hooked ❤️ Cosy and attractive 😊. Super dry 😊 Sake degree 15 You can feel the acidity on the tip of the tongue, then the umami comes in softly, It is dry, and the aftertaste is quick and refreshing. The bitterness can be strong or almost imperceptible, depending on the accompaniment. Akita musuko goes well with this 😄. I was worried because it was called "super dry", But it was fine. My husband said he was going touring around the Yuda Onsen area, so I immediately checked out the nearby sake breweries and found the Yamashiroya Sake Brewery. Representative brand "Sugihime According to the brewer, "Sugihime uses cedar barrels and vats for brewing and cedar leaves for filtration, so cedar is essential to Yamashiroya. When poured into a glass, the aroma is so mellow that it is hard to believe it is junmai sake 😊💕. Dry and refreshing. Almost no sweetness, smooth and refreshing. It went well with sashimi, but tonight I paired it with a juicy hamburger steak: ❤️ It goes quite well with ❣️ Sake breweries you don't know, brands you don't know, once in a lifetime experience, the pleasure of drinking sake, this is it ☺️

I couldn't drink it right after opening the bottle and it's been a few days! Sweet pineapple aroma 🍍🍍🍍 that I didn't detect much on the first day. The mouthfeel is a bit hard. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was told "It's the best seller right now ☺️" and picked it up and found it was from the Sumikawa Brewery of Toyo Bijin❗This is for sure ❗️ I immediately bought it! As soon as I poured it into a glass, a sweet aroma wafted through the air. It has a fresh aroma like a pear 🍐. Not too much sourness or bitterness, but sweet 😊💕💕. Gorgeous and refreshing👍 Even my daughter who is not good at sake said "I can drink as much as I want with this" (I'm worried about her future) A limited edition sake released seasonally in spring, summer, and winter. They say it's unfiltered and once-fired. Next time I'll have to try it in winter and spring too: ❤️ Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Polishing ratio: 45 Rice: 100% Yamadanishiki (produced in Hagi, Yamaguchi prefecture) Alcohol percentage: 14 1,815 yen/720ml at Liquors Kawachi Very cosy 😃🍒😃.
