This hiyaoroshi is limited to the supermarket "Fresta" in Hiroshima. Great expectations as it is aged for 2 summers 😊. For a moment you feel the sweetness of the rice, but then you feel the dryness. Some time ago, we changed our name from China Brewing to Sacrao Brewery and Destinary. A gift of a gift Daiginjo🍶 for a long time. As soon as the cork is opened, a sweet aroma wafts through the air. This is my first hiyaoroshi this fall 🌾. The first bottle is still local sake 😊. It was served cold at the store, so I had it as it was. It was sweet, fluffy, tangy, and spicy on the palate! My husband said it was sweet and watery. It is true that the aftertaste is refreshing and clean. It seems to go well with everything! Pale, beautiful, and wildly yellow 😊💕💕. The yamabuki color seems to be a characteristic of Kamoizumi junmai sake. Yesterday I had it cold. It has the delicious taste of rice with a crisp aftertaste. Tonight it will be served cold. You can really feel the umami of the rice 😋. The best way to enjoy it is heated sake 🍶. It's still hot, but I'll try heated sake tomorrow ❤️. Souvenirs from my husband's touring trip😃💕. It's a sake from Saijo, a sake brewery in Hiroshima 🍶. It is dry as expected. Not highly scented. Clear and dry. It makes my tongue tingle. I went to Matsue on business. I saw many signs of "Li Bai" in the city, which must have been around for a long time, so I thought it must be a local favorite and bought it. I had it chilled ❄️. I really wanted to drink sake with eel, so I bought it with eel. The label design is stylish 😆😋. The first time I opened the bottle, it had a gorgeous pear-like aroma. In contrast to the sweet fresh aroma, it is very dry. It is not lingering in the mouth. The imbalance between the sweet smell and the spicy taste is addictive. Perfect for summer💕. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delicious 💕 My favorite 😊 Smells like green apple 🍏. The first sip feels sweet but the bitterness you feel at the back of your tongue, fresh 🍏. Delicious sake for summer. It was selected as one of the "5 selected sake recommended on the rocks" by the Sake Research Institute and the naming is great💕. It was delicious and emptied quickly ☺️. Will be a repeat purchase! I bought it because of its pretty appearance💕 Manufactured exactly one year ago. It is the most tender nigori sake I have ever had 😋. It has a very rice-glut feel to it. It is rich, but has just the right amount of spiciness. It has a unique flavor ❓❓ perhaps because it is a noble sake. It's not the first time I've smelt it, but I can't recall what it was 😓. Human-like scent (I don't know what you are talking about). ☝The most important feature of kijoshu is that it is made from sake instead of water. They use pure sake instead of brewing water to make it. At Liquors Kawachi store 750 yen/550ml

I was drawn to the bink colored bottle and the cute white bear and couldn't resist picking it up💕. It has a fruit-like sweetness and sourness. After drinking for a while, the acidity becomes less of an issue and you can taste the robust flavor of the rice. It is low in alcohol and, as the concept suggests, easy to drink even for those who are new to sake. The strain is similar to "Asagao" and "Tachimachi-Komachi" from Yawatagawa Shuzo in Hiroshima😃.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went to Shimane for training and my boss, who is a sake lover, picked this out for me to buy☺️. The aroma is just like a pear 🍐. It goes down your mouth and down your throat ‼️. It goes straight down your throat😃. The pear aroma is so strong that you feel like you're drinking a pear the whole time 😆👍️❤️. If you leave it in your mouth for a while, it has a nice bitter taste and a fluffy feeling that goes into your nose 😊😊😊😊 Surprisingly goes well with chocolate💕 Rice: 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Onami-cho, Shimane Prefecture Polishing ratio: Koji rice 60%, Kake rice 60 Alcohol 15%. It is refreshing and clean, yet has a great flavor, perfect for a hot and humid day 🍶. It also says it is recommended to drink with cider. I'll try it tomorrow ☺️. It was manufactured in August 2021. It seems to be an autumn limited edition sake. I bought it because it was at a special price in my neighborhood. Sweet aroma 💕 And when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the fluffy sweetness spreading in your mouth. Tingling on the tip of the tongue 😝. I will have it in a pretty wine glass 💕 The color of golden ears of rice when poured into the glass 🌾. Beautiful 🎵 Aroma of wood and sake barrels ❓️. The first sip is sweet, but the aftertaste is quite refreshing, with a subtle and unique acidity. The strain is similar to "Tachimachi Komachi" from the same brewery. The supernatant is dry and clear. The lees do not mix easily. Oh, it says "Please drink it cold" (°Д°). I refrigerated it 😢😥😓😥😓. Oh, I have nothing but regrets. Now that the lees is finally mixed in...it's not sweet. Is it sour? Tingling on the tongue with a clean aftertaste. Better with cheese than sashimi 🧀.
