When you take a sip, the sweetness first comes through. After that, the bitterness of hiyaoroshi lingers. However, it is not that strong and wears off gently. You can't help but exclaim, "Ah, it's so good!
The bitterness makes you want another cup of sake.
It is easy to drink, but be careful not to drink too much as it is 16 degrees Celsius. It is said that it will change again after some time, so savor it slowly 😋.
