Cold chrysanthemums are in vogue now. Is this the first nigori this season? It looks beautiful and very promising.

One sip and the sweetness is in full bloom! As it claims to be an adult calpis soda, it is sweet like a juice, with almost no bitterness. It is not too sweet, but it leaves a pleasant sweetness in the back of your throat.

At only 13 degrees Celsius, it is low in alcohol, so if you are not careful, you may end up drinking it in large gulps.
It can be enjoyed by itself, but it is best to savor it slowly with snacks😃.
