かつおThis is Hirotogawa nigori, which may be my favorite of the three major personal nigori (Yukidaruma Hirotogawa Tedorigawa Hakusyu).
We have high expectations for this year.
The sweetness comes first, followed by a pleasant bitterness and acidity. Well, it is an exquisite sake.
Overall, Hirotogawa is my favorite. Snowball is a little short on acidity, and Hakusyu has a strong bitterness.
Kangiku no Nigori is completely sweet, and that one is very good, so I will buy it again next year 😁.
