I was so impressed with it after drinking it at the restaurant that I decided to drink it at home this time. I thought it was slightly carbonated, but the gas was so strong that I was surprised when I opened the bottle. Probably my first Toyo Bijin. I was surprised by its fruity aroma like muscat, while also feeling the mellowness of omachi. The price is moderate and the cost performance is excellent. I would recommend this sake to anyone.
