They use deep groundwater from the Mt. Katsuragi system and very soft water. Just by hearing the name, you can tell they are good at it!
It has a rich fruity sweetness and a strong gaseous taste, which I think is one of the most unique I have ever tasted!
Very drinkable and very tasty!
I would like to repeat it.
