It's rare to find a Daiginjo that's a raw sake! It is washed and goes in soooo smoothly. It has a gentle sweetness and aroma as is typical of Yamadanishiki. It is very easy to drink. It seems to be popular with everyone. It is delicious.

I love whiskey, so I had high expectations, but I could only smell the aroma of barley shochu rather than that of oak. It is an old whiskey, but the balance of spiciness makes me mistake it for piquancy. I don't like it because of the grain-like smell. After some time, the smell calmed down and the aftertaste became like red wine. Maybe it's the wine barrel effect.
