Eikun's Junmai Daiginjo, which I first learned about at this year's kurabiraki. The taste of Eikun is as expected, and the gentle sweetness is a real pleasure. It is a little lower than Ichigin, but still top class!

The first time in four years? This is a muddy, unpasteurized sake that I received at the first brewery opening in four years. It is quite high in alcohol content and has a sweet and rich taste, so drinking it alone requires a bit of courage, but it is delicious with a side dish of ray fins, etc!

This is the first Junmai Daiginjo I drank from my most favorite brand, Eikun. The usual sweetness and umami taste is on the contrary refreshing and gentle.
I prefer Ancient Capital Sennen and Ichigin, but I still can't get enough of sake made with delicious, pure water!
