Purchased on the recommendation of the wife of a liquor store.
Aroma of fresh melon with a hint of green.
(I found it to be closer to melon than muscat)
Chilli gas and sweetness.

The aroma through the nose is also melon-like.
It has a refreshing aftertaste.
It has a lingering aftertaste like yogurt, and the umami flavor remains, but it disappears rather quickly.

Aroma of rice in a gorgeous aroma.
At first I thought I felt sweetness and alcohol, but then I immediately felt sourness... and strong sourness after that.

As the name suggests, the brewery is located in Okuizumo, upstream of Hii River.
The name of the brewery is "Shichikanma", which means "Seven Crown Horse" in Japanese.
This is "Tamahagane" which we received as a gift.
The label has a strong impact.
Tamahagane, which is the origin of the name, is a material for Japanese swords that cannot be made by machine-made iron.
TAMAHAGANE is still the only domestic method of making TAMAHAGANE
Tamahagane is made in Okuizumo, the area where this brewery is located.
The name "Tamahagane" is derived from this.
This sake is made with 35% polished rice.
Not too much of a Japanese sake taste.
But I didn't find it too fruity or juicy, which I personally like!
To put it simply, it tasted very clear.
There was no gusto.
The aroma is gentle and fluffy.
My partner seems to like it.

It has a greenish melon aroma with a sweet and sour taste.

The Fall Limited Edition.
I went to Daimine Sake Brewery to taste the sake before buying it.
The brewing water is spring water from Benten, one of the best 100 famous springs in Japan.
It is said that one sip of this cobalt blue water will prolong one's life for a year.
You can clearly see the spring water coming up from the bottom of the pond (I went to the pond of Benten spring water and took a picture of it).
Light crackling and a heavy taste of sweet, ripe melon

but I think it's delicious!
But I really think it's heavy on the sweetness.
I think it would go well with light fruit or sour food.
Or a stylish salad.
I enjoyed the tour of the brewery.
I've always thought the bottles were unique.
It's hard to believe it's a brewery, but it's such a stylish place!

Yogurt-like sourness and schwarziness
