Sweet-ish at first, then crisp. The ginjo aroma was described as strawberry, peach, and royal forest. It certainly has a refreshing fruity aroma! It is not a little bit alcoholic! It doesn't insist that it's alcohol! At first sip, I felt "Yes, it's Harushika! The color is almost the same as that of white wine. Sake that can be drunk with a glass of wine. It's good for women who don't like sake. Sweet and delicious despite the 60% polished rice ratio! (Personally, I think the lower the rice polishing ratio is, the sweeter the sake is.
