Trial of Gassan
2024 innovation malic acid
The first sip after chilling it well...
I couldn't help but say "sour! A little crackle? A little sweetness, a little sourness and a little bitterness in the aftertaste.
A little sweetness, a little sourness and a little bitterness in the aftertaste.
Gassan has a lot of fruity
But the aftertaste is sometimes "it's sake".
This innovation doesn't have that.
Personally, I prefer Urazukiyama in winter.
It's true that it's an "experiment".
I thought it tasted like a challenge from the usual Tsukiyama.
On a different topic...
Is wine-like wine in fashion?
I don't know.
In general, it tastes more like the white wine you drink with French cuisine than sake.
When I put it in a glass and let it sit for a little while, I felt that the sweetness increased more than the acidity.
Personal favorite
I like it very much.
