Purchased on the recommendation of the wife of a liquor store.
Aroma of fresh melon with a hint of green.
(I found it to be closer to melon than muscat)
Chilli gas and sweetness.
(I felt it was more like melon than muscat).
The aroma through the nose is also melon-like.
It has a refreshing aftertaste.
It has a lingering aftertaste like yogurt, and the umami flavor remains, but it disappears rather quickly.
There is a slight acidity.
I felt it was a mellow sake, not too sweet.
