The first sip has a melon-like ginjo aroma, like that of Oolin, with a lot of sweetness.
After that, there is acidity, some bitterness and spiciness, and it is rather heavy.
The aftertaste is sweet and moderately spicy.
Maybe it's my imagination...?
There is also a slight smoky aroma.
Either way, I wonder if it would go well with a solid flavored dish. That's my impression.
If the previous brewed forest is an aperitif
I think this one is an aperitif.
I think it would go well with meat.
