I bought it and let it rest for about a week before opening it, but the lid still blew off.
It is easy to drink with a greefy feel at 14°C of alcohol, but also very drinkable.
We caught them again this year. As usual, it is gone in no time.
The lemon squash was a little stiff when opened, but after about 3 days it was easy to drink.
It is fruity and sweet in the mouth, but leaves a moderate acidity and bitterness in the aftertaste. I like this kind of well-balanced sake because it is easy to match with anything.
