I wanted to try obanzai on my trip to Kyoto.
Junmai sake and easy to drink. It was also nice with a bit of crispness.
I tasted it with grilled seseri and kujo leeks.
As a return gift for my hometown.
I asked for it after seeing the ranking and comments of Sake-no-wa!
It was like enjoying many different tastes at once, with the sweetness spreading first and the sourness and crispy spiciness later.
Be careful not to drink too much.
It was a souvenir for myself when I stopped by Ise Jingu Shrine.
I thought I hadn't had nigori sake recently, so I chose something that looked easy to drink.
I had it after cooling it down thoroughly.
It is sweet and easy to drink, almost as if you are already drinking amazake. It might be a good idea to drink it as a dessert-like ending to a meal.
I bought this souvenir for myself in Shizuoka, my second hometown.
There is a Hana-no-Mai store on the first floor of Hamamatsu Station, where you can sample some.
This time it was a small-brewed sake. It is very dry. The mellowness that is typical of Harazake spreads on the palate at first, but the dryness that follows closes it off.
I think I'll have an eel bone with it.
As a souvenir for myself on a small trip to Kyoto.
I bought it at a souvenir store in Kyoto station. The nice old lady explained everything to me and told me about it, so I bought it without a second thought.
I was also impressed by the phrase "only sold in Kyoto" lol.
The taste is very gentle, with a light sweetness that lasts for a long time, followed by a sharp sourness. It is a little different from fruits...something like that.
I will take it with care!
It was a tax return gift from Furusato.
I bought it as a set with special junmai sake.
I have been interested in drunken whale for a long time because I like Lord Yodo of the Tosa Clan.
The label says it is mellow and dry, and it is true. You can feel the mildness of the rice at first, and later you can taste the crisp flavor.
From his wife on his birthday.
I met her before when I went to a restaurant in Nagoya Sakae called Seirikiya, which specializes in dashi soup stock.
I had it cold. It has absolutely no tangy taste and you can really drink it all the time. I feel like I say that all the time.
It is soft and refreshing. Green apple type fruity.
I got it in a bottle so I don't have to worry about my drinking life. The bottle design is great👍.
Purchased on a trip to Kamakura. I decided to buy it after reading your review.
The name is cute too.
It looks a little translucent. I had it with cold sake.
It has a nice texture on the palate. It is not spicy. The first half of the taste is a bit acidic.
In other words, it is easy to drink.
A souvenir for myself on my trip to Tottori.
I was attracted by the power word "strong 50" and bought it without a second thought.
Strong 50 is a sake rice indigenous to Tottori Prefecture.
It is not fruity, but has a very nice texture on the tongue because of the rich mellowness of the rice. I served it cold.
The accompaniment to the sake was Tottori's specialty, rakugo (Japanese leek).
This is my souvenir from my trip to Fukui.
I really wanted to buy Ichigorai, but they didn't have it, so I bought Daiginjo Ryu, which is said to be served at a wedding.
It was fresh and fruity. It was sweet like melon! If I don't think about it, it's so easy to drink that I can't stop, but at the same time I feel it's noble, so I keep it safe and drink it little by little lol.
Mildly spreading sweet taste. It is very easy to drink and you can't stop. I had it at room temperature, but would like to try it warmed.
November 7, 2011
I had it lukewarm. I am happy.
A souvenir for myself on my trip to Ehime.
As the description says, it has a distinct flavor that can be enjoyed while eating. It is slightly sweet, and because it is from Ehime, it has a sweetness like mandarin oranges and a little sourness. Of course, there are no mandarin oranges in it.
A souvenir for myself on my trip to Toyama.
I bought it because it was made in the World Heritage Site of Gokayama.
It was more like drinking a cloud than a crystal-clear drink, and although it went right in, the cloudiness lingered in my mouth. It is soft and gentle.
