🍶Nabeshima Summer Moon Still my favorite sake brewery. Next time I want to get Junmai sake✨ Rice: 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio: 50 Transparent and clear appearance. Slightly floral aroma volume. Fresh pear, banana, white dumpling, lime and slight lactic acidity, mild sweetness and smooth acidity. The wine is light and easy to drink, with an ALC of 15%. It is easy to drink too much in a wine glass. Enjoying it with various drinking vessels is one of the interesting aspects of this wine.

Suitori Tokubetsu Junmai" purchased last week Holy crap! Holy crap, it's in the strike zone! Light sake quality, sweetness and umami of rice, soft mouthfeel. Pleasant mizuwame, plump aroma and taste like a white egg or whipped cream, but with a clean aftertaste... ♪ I'll buy some more tomorrow!

Nabeshima, which I first drank a few years ago and thought was very tasty. It wasn't a sake you could find anywhere, but I found it on my way home from work and got it✨. It's still delicious 😄 🍶 It's totally good on its own. ------------------------- Juicy pears, fresh melon and slightly rich rice sweetness like white rice balls or whipped cream 🍚. Texture is smooth and molasses-like sweetness, and the fruit lingers for a long time 🍚. -------------------------

Comparatively tasting with the previous Kubota ♪ The rice used for both was Gohyakumangoku. Both were made from rice called "Gohyakumangoku," but both were unfiltered, 55% polished rice, and junmai ginjo. The volume of aroma is gorgeous, but it is calmer than Kubota. However, the Houou has a rounder and smoother texture, with more umami and sweetness from the rice. It is also slightly richer and has a beautiful syrupy sweetness on the palate. Naturally, it was delicious♪

The image shows the first day the bottle was opened, but it is now about 4 days old. The fruity character is still there, it has changed to be a little softer than the first day, and the sweetness is more pronounced. It was quite good with Parmigiano-Reggiano.
