A glass of this wine. I felt the alcohol taste at the moment I drank it, but it soon disappeared and the taste was dry.
I often put the glass into a square when I have it poured, but at this hotel, I received the glass on a small plate, so I didn't get much left over.
It was a little disappointing.
It was my favorite brand, but when I bought it at the supermarket at the Hokkaido Fair, it wasn't so good. I bought it at a supermarket at the Hokkaido Fair and it was not so good. But when I chilled it, it wasn't so bad. I wondered if it means that the brewing process is well done. I was able to re-evaluate it.

Although it is a daiginjo, the ginjo aroma is not too harsh, so even those who don't like it may find it easy to drink 🤔The dryness is a bit tangy. But I really like the balance of clean and sweet 🍶✨.
