Before I left for a camping trip in Izu, I stopped by Bandai Brewery, the only sake brewery in Izu, Shizuoka, to purchase some.
I did not find it fruity.
It was very sweet with a slight tangy aftertaste.
It was like a traditional sweet sake.
I prefer fruity sake, so it was a little different from my taste, but it was not undrinkable.
