This is Sawanoi's Soten. It is one of the three brands of Soten, Junmai Daiginjo, and Tokyo Kurabito that won the gold medal at the Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Awards 2022. It is fruity and a little sweet but well-balanced. We also got a bottle of Tokyo Kurarajin and will report on it next time.

I bought it because it was recommended by a liquor store near our campsite. When I took a sip, I thought it was fruity but not too sweet, but as I drank it, I became addicted to it and drank the entire four-pack in one go.

It is a spring limited edition sake. This sake has a fruity aroma and a light feel. It has a refreshing sweet taste and is easy to drink. You will probably finish the whole bottle at once.

My favorite Tokyo sake is Sawanoi by Ozawa Shuzo. It is delicious with many fruity flavors. Junmai Daiginjo is a bit expensive, so I can't drink it that often. I also like many other brands.

It is one of my favorite alcoholic beverages. I first tried it several years ago at Shirakone Onsen in Nagano and found it to be delicious. It has a nice aroma and the brand name is Dry Junmai, but it is not so dry and refreshing.

It has a fresh, fruity aroma and a refreshing taste. It has an elegant taste. The label is also my personal favorite. I'm sure there are different tastes, but I think this is my favorite sake from Ibaraki Prefecture that I've had.

It's a sparkling wine that smells fruity in the mouth, but The aftertaste is quite spicy. It is 15 degrees, which is high for a sparkling wine.
