This sake is made by Asama Shuzo, the same brewery as the last almanac sake we drank.
The aroma is good and a bit schwiffy.
After opening the bottle, this sake was also a little sharp and had a bitter aftertaste, but when I drank it the next day, it seemed much mellower.
The next day, however, I felt that it had mellowed considerably.
