I bought this sake at a liquor store near my work on a business trip after hearing a recommendation for local sake in Iwate Prefecture.
Of the three varieties of Murasaki Uchu, I decided to go with Ginotome because it is made from rice grown in Iwate Prefecture.
It was fragrant, fruity, and delicious, with a slightly sweet aftertaste.
I would like to try the other two types if I have a chance.
