Kasumitsuru Junmai-Ginjo discussion on alcohol What does it taste like? Sweet and savory. The taste is quite mild when cold. I had to warm it up in a hurry. By far the best warmed-up version! It tastes great when it's warmed up. 3.8 personal stars.

Saga Sake third step eastern chief This is a pure rice wine from Saga that I received through a hometown tax payment Something about the bottle looks like champagne, and it's very promising. How does it taste? The aroma and taste are not particularly spectacular, but it's just a very good sake I don't know. It's mellow 🙂 3.6 personal stars.

The second round of drinks from Fukui I bought this with Hanagaki. Speaking of Fukui, Kuroryu and Kutouryu are famous, but I've never drunk one before. Good aroma and crispness like peonies. And it was a great tasting sake with a strong taste of rice! This is pretty good. I can't wait to compare it to my other favorite drinks! 4.4 personal stars.

My favorite drink. muddy waters of a flower fence I've been buying them on amazon. I was able to go to Fukui and buy directly from the Nanbu Sake Brewery! It's really good 😋 The aroma of lactic acid bacteria like yogurt and the sweetness of rice As far as I'm concerned, it's the best nigori I've ever seen. Delicious! 4.2 personal stars.

My favorite Kochi Sake Drunken Whale I bought it at a supermarket in Okayama. From the label of "aromatic dry & ginryi", you would think it would have a refreshing taste. How does it taste? Sure, it was refreshing, but it didn't have the richness or sweetness I like. It's a sake that tastes like shochu. 3.8 personal stars.

Saga's Hometown Taxes Part 2 first thing in the world The last time I saw Koimari, it was a pretty sour brew. What does this taste like? It smells like sweat. It doesn't even taste good, to be honest. Unfortunately, it's just like the standard sake you can buy at the supermarket. I was expecting sake from Saga, but unfortunately we lost for the second time in a row! 3.0 personal stars. I don't know if there's a problem with home delivery laws. It was so hot out.

Saga Sake A sake called "Sumiyama" from the Koimari Sake Brewery 100% pure pure rice sake grown in the terraced rice fields of the Sumiyama area. I've always been curious about Saga's Sake... Nabeshima and Shichida. It's not easy to buy, but I discovered Saga's sake through homeowner's taxation (^^) Cute monkey label, how does it taste? A nice, rich aroma of rice and Strong lemony acidity. This is probably the sourest sake I've ever had. It's not the kind of thing you can gobble up by any means, but it's crisp and delicious 🙂 3.6 personal stars.

Tokushima's three famous chrysanthemums I bought it at a local liquor store when I was in Tokushima last week. What a great (old?) It's a label. It says on the bottom side of the label, "Walk on the Wild Side. I have high hopes for the logo that says, "I'm not a fan of this" 🙂 It's a little yellow in color. The rice smells good. Characterized by a firm, lime like acidity. It's not sweet, but it has a strong rice flavor. 3.8 personal stars.

Niigata Sake greenhorn Purchased at a liquor store in Okayama. I'm guessing that it's a refreshing taste, just like the sake from Niigata How does it taste? It has a strong, unexpectedly strong, sake aroma and taste! It's like Kikumasamune. Like a shrine's sake. It's cold, but has a solid feel like a hot drink. I tried it warmed up, and it was so sweet! It's nice to warm up in the middle of summer 🙂 3.6 personal stars.

Kochi's Sake, Drunken Whale A famous brand from Kochi and a delicious image. I was glad to buy it because it was sold at COOP for a reasonable price of 1,000 yen (^^) How do you like it? It's not so much the sake as it is the basic taste of sake. And uncluttered. It's not fruity or sweet by any means. It's safe to drink. It's delicious 🙂 3.8 personal stars.

Eighteenth Century Brewery in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture CRUISING It's limited and they don't get many of them. I didn't have any sake that I thought was good in the eighteenth century. Really? Crisp, lemon-like, strong acidity and It's a combination of strong rice flavor. It's a sake I've never tasted before. You might like it. 4.2 personal stars.

Tatsuriki in Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture Purchased at Aeon in Hyogo Prefecture I've heard it's a buyer's recommendation for Aeon. The dragon label is so cool! The aroma is sweet, with a strong rice aroma. Great expectations 🙂 How does it taste? It's delicious! It's refreshing, but with a strong rice flavor. It's just the way I like it. Immense in Yamaguchi Prefecture It's pronounced "mura. Purchased at Tokkuri Sake Shop in Setouchi City, Okayama Prefecture I bought a rare sake on the husband's recommendation! The good smell of rice It tastes amazingly mild. Sweet and sour and easy to drink. Maybe I could use a little more punch. 4.0 personal stars.

Junmai no Doburoku How does it taste? Wow! Wow... It's like there's rice in it. It's so chunky! My wife says it's just crushed sake lees. Can we put this in the same category as sake? But it tastes so good 😋! We had a delicious meal of pure rice itself! 4.0 personal stars.

Omachi sake at Okayama Tsuji Honten Sweet aroma and strong, crisp sweetness Very easy to drink. It is a sweet sake like sugar water. It might be similar to Ishizuchi. Personally, I think it would be better if there is a little bit of rice-ness or sourness left in this sake. Personal Stars 3.6

Junmai Nigori sake from Konishi Shuzo, Hyogo Prefecture The pure white nigorizake It's pure rice and I'm looking forward to it. The aroma is almost like a sweet wine. It's surprisingly refreshing to drink. It's a little sour, not sweet. It's billed as a summer nigori sake, but I thought it would be good to warm it up. It's a bit thin. 3.6 personal stars.

Tottori Sakaiminato's Sake Chiyomusubi I've had it before and it was very good, so I'm repeating it. How do you like it? Smells good first. Full and firm in flavor. And it tastes sweet. This is a very refined and high quality sake that is different from the image of the name Strong. Personal Stars 4.2
