Junmai Nigori sake from Konishi Shuzo, Hyogo Prefecture
The pure white nigorizake
It's pure rice and I'm looking forward to it.
The aroma is almost like a sweet wine.
It's surprisingly refreshing to drink.
It's a little sour, not sweet.
It's billed as a summer nigori sake, but I thought it would be good to warm it up.
It's a bit thin.
