Saga Sake
A sake called "Sumiyama" from the Koimari Sake Brewery
100% pure pure rice sake grown in the terraced rice fields of the Sumiyama area.
I've always been curious about Saga's Sake... Nabeshima and Shichida.
It's not easy to buy, but I discovered Saga's sake through homeowner's taxation (^^)
Cute monkey label, how does it taste?
A nice, rich aroma of rice and
Strong lemony acidity.
This is probably the sourest sake I've ever had.
It's not the kind of thing you can gobble up by any means, but it's crisp and delicious 🙂
