A pop-up note from the owner of the liquor store said that the sake was so good that you could drink it like juice, saying, "I want to drink it all up with a straw. I had it with a glass of cold soup to start off the summer. It has a sweet aroma like melon, but not too sweet. I like it well chilled. I am sure it will not last until the cicadas sing. It will be gone by tomorrow.
Omachi is fresh and crisp! The clear, transparent taste and the aroma that wafts through the nose are also excellent. I want to drink it while it's still good. I want everyone to drink it.
It was hot, so I wanted something cold and a little sweet. The alcohol content is gentle, in the 13 degree range.
We had it with delicious sashimi. It goes well with light fish.
It has a mild alcohol content and is pleasant to the palate. The sweet aroma on the nose is also very feminine. I could drink it easily, but I might need three more bottles to ascend to heaven. I guess Nagano sake suits me after all.
It enhances a good dish to the last. The sweet pear-like aroma is also subtle. The elegance of the appearance is transparent to all.
The spare ribs with plum jam sauce was thick, but it went well with both the meat and the dark dish.
Recharged for the new year starting tomorrow.
It also tastes good warmed up! I tried it because the store's pop-up said it was also delicious heated. The aroma that lingers after heating sake is not persistent, and it is easy to drink. The aftertaste was very refreshing both cold and at room temperature. I prefer it best heated.
The current year is over and the long awaited opening of the bottle. Spring has arrived with full of sweet aroma along with gas as if the lid was about to pop off. The sweetness and flavor are outstanding. Enjoying the aroma through the nose, we are now ready to relieve the fatigue of the current fiscal year. Kame-no-umi is a place where one can enjoy the seasons of spring, summer, and fall. We hope to be of service again next year.
The sunrise was not visible again this year, and for the fifth year in a row it was the first day of the new year at the beach.
The food was delicious, but the alcohol was a little strong for my tired body.
Kame no Kai is rapidly rising in my mind. Local Kinmon-nishiki, pesticide-free sake rice, brewed to the maximum. The sweet aroma through the nose is irresistible. It is a flavor explosion.
This is a freshly pressed gem for the first sake of 2023, in December. We chose this sake because we wanted to incorporate the spirit of being straightforward and open-minded. It has a freshness with a gusto of acidity and 18% alcohol by volume that will cheer you up.
A refreshing drink before a meal.
Sweetness and a little acidity.
Is this what Omachi is all about?
It is easy to drink and goes down smoothly. I want to finish it while it is still delicious.
Miyama 60
Here is a picture after I emptied it.
The etiquette says "Love to Natural Lactic Acid".
The acidity is moderate and I like the pure rice flavor and aroma.
The orange color of the label, which reads "Yuyake Koyake" (sunset glow), is an eye-catching feature of the bottle's etiquette. The flavor and sweetness spread across the palate, and the alcohol is a little strong on the nose at 16 degrees, which is why it expresses the cool breeze of an autumn evening in Nagano. After all, autumn comes after the Bon Festival in Nagano.
