Camping in Yasuda-cho, Muroto City in the second half of GW😊There is a Minami sake brewery in the town and we got Minami at a local sake shop🎵We had Minami for dinner🎵It is a dry and refreshing sake. We had bonito tataki together ❗Mountain Muroto, the weather was beautiful😃.

It has a gaseous taste and the sweetness of the rice is very delicious 😆🎵🎵There is a bitter taste at the end and it finishes clean and crisp 🎵🎵.

The ginjo aroma spreads quickly in the mouth, and it has a delicious flavor. It has acidity and finishes crisp and clean 🎵I have a feeling it will taste even better after a while after opening the bottle 🎵It seems to go well with all kinds of food 🎵.

I am visiting Utsunomiya 🎵Today I enjoyed a drive while working. Takako cherry blossoms, almost in full bloom, were beautiful. It was nice to see the cherry blossoms, but I couldn't drink it, so I went back to the hotel and drank it 🎵The cherry blossom kabob from Juichi Masamune has a nice cherry blossom design 🎵It has a good flavor and is refreshing and sharp 🎵It has a Showa-era feel to it, which is also good 🎵.
Tochigi prefecture is a good place to visit 😆🎵🎵🎵

It's a super dry junmai ginjo sake from Kenkunichi 😆🎵🎵I made my own okonomiyaki and tried it with it but it didn't go well with it because it's super dry 😱I think it would go perfectly with sashimi or something 🎵It's refreshing from start to finish 🎵.

TAKAHIRO, I love frostbite too. When I was on a trip to Tochigi Prefecture, I stopped by a liquor store and they highly recommended Junmai Daiginjo. I actually bought a bottle and it tastes great! Please try the Junmai Daiginjo!
